In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an account on w7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the w7777 platform from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. • You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

w7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on w7777. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered to you. You agree to promptly update your account information whenever any of these details change.

w7777 conducts identity verification (KYC) as a condition of approving withdrawal requests. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, or other financial institution).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of your BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or ShopeePay account showing your name and account/phone number).

w7777 does not permit the sharing, selling, or transferring of accounts between individuals under any circumstances.

Currency: All transactions on w7777 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to IDR-denominated accounts.

Accepted payment methods: w7777 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following local Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallet methods (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and within five (5) minutes for local bank transfers during WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday). Deposits submitted outside these hours may take longer to confirm. w7777 does not charge any fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed same-day when submitted during WIB banking hours. Requests submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next available banking day. w7777 does not charge withdrawal fees on IDR transactions. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified as part of the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal conditions: You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved. Each deposit must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) on any real-money game before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This condition exists solely to prevent the use of w7777 as a payment intermediary and does not constitute a bonus wagering requirement.

Chargebacks and reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to w7777 constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. w7777 reserves the right to close the account, recover any outstanding amount, and report the matter to our payment processors in such cases.

w7777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and sportsbook enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

Wagering requirements: Bonus credit must be wagered the number of times specified in the individual promotion's terms before it can be converted to real-money balance and withdrawn. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated for a promotion, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger): 10% contribution.
• Sportsbook (pre-match and live in-play): 100% contribution on qualifying bets with minimum odds of 1.50.
• Online poker: 20% contribution based on rake generated.

Bonus eligibility: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's individual terms, bonus credit and any associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus credit and associated wagering progress are forfeited without compensation.

w7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's individual terms take precedence solely in respect of that promotion.

All games available on the w7777 platform — including live casino tables, slots, poker, roulette, and sportsbook markets — are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface or market. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

RNG certification: All non-live (RNG) games on w7777 use certified random number generators independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in a given gaming session.

Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and other licensed providers. The decisions of the dealer and the game outcome recorded by the studio's system are final. Technical disconnections on the player's side that occur during an active game round do not void the bet; the round will complete and the outcome will be recorded in the player's account history.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than those listed above, or at the player's own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days. Bonus credit is forfeited upon account closure in all cases.
